DESCRIPTION:In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue\, we will explore what regenerative leadership truly means and what it calls us to become. How can leaders embrace this transformative perspective? What capacities must they develop to lead in alignment with the principles of regeneration? And how can they inspire others to join them? Grant Davidson\, our keynote guest for this Dialogue\, says that a comprehensive redesign of human-imposed systems is required if we are to preserve the current richness and diversity of our planet. The required change is so fundamental that it cannot be an extrapolation of what has brought us to the present moment. The case for deep\, systemic transformation is growing by the day\, however\, the urgency of the situation requires a critical mass of leaders to make a personal transformation\, and to inspire a collective capacity to restore\, regenerate and evolve life.
Grant Davidson will be interviewed first. After a career of 36 years at Philips International\, Grant joined the THNK School of Leadership\, as faculty for Leadership and Innovation programs. In recent years\, he has been fathoming regenerative practices\, and developing the capacities to assist others to view their projects through a regenerative lens. After the interview with Grant\, participants will engage in moderated breakouts the regenerative elements of their own leadership.
