Tunde Horvath\, a leadership and team coach with 25 years of experience and a deep passion for storytelling\, explored this fascinating connection in her master's thesis at INSEAD and continues to research it in her PhD at the VU School of Business and Economics. In this Online ELP Leadership Dialogue\, Tunde will share her unique perspective on how these mythical narratives can unlock unconscious insights and reveal leadership or organizational blind spots that need to be integrated.
