He has authored several books about the concept\, including The No-Limits Enterprise: Organizational Self-Management in the New World of Work and Beyond Empowerment. Doug is now an organizational change consultant\, TEDx speaker\, executive coach\, and a board director. After the introductory interview with Doug participants will engage in moderated breakouts.
