Join us for an ELP Leadership Dialogue with Richard Barrett\, a well-known author and speaker and the founder of the Barrett Academy for the Evolution of Human Consciousness. Richard has spent decades exploring the connection between values\, consciousness and organizational culture. His recent work centres on his new book\, The Coherence Principle.<br><br>

Richard is internationally recognized for his work on values\, but he now sees coherence as the deeper step. A leader can hold admirable values and still be driven by unexamined shadow fears\, saying one thing while their behavior signals another. Coherence is the alignment of the whole person: thoughts\, words and actions\; inner purpose and outer behaviour\; individual aspirations and the needs of the wider whole. Coherence is what makes us trustworthy\, because there is no gap between who we are and how we show up under pressure. As Richard puts it: “A coherent leader does not simply provide direction. A coherent leader creates the conditions in which the intelligence of the whole can become available.”<br><br>

The evening follows the usual ELP format: an in-depth interview followed by moderated roundtable dialogues exploring how inner coherence shapes outer impact.<br><br>
