Leader In the Spotlight: Roy Jakobs

Roy Jakobs, CEO of Royal Philips, will share some of the leadership insights he has gained over more than 25 years across different industries and regions, including in his role leading Philips while navigating uncertain times. Roy has driven (digital) transformations in energy, scientific information publishing, and health technology in multinational companies, living and working in China, the United Arab Emirates, Portugal and the Netherlands. He has built high-performing teams, leveraged innovation and M&A in business-to-business, business-to-consumer and business-to-government segments to create value for multiple stakeholders and is passionate about applying AI and new technologies to help people and society. Roy will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof and will also take questions from participants. After the plenary opening, participants will engage in moderated Roundtable Dialogues.
