Leveraging Uncertainty and Complexity

Although seemingly counter-intuitive, the more complex things become, the less traditional leadership is needed. That is easier said than done. But how can leaders not only navigate uncertainty and complexity, but actually leverage them for the organization? In this online ELP Ledership Dialogue Nick Obolensky will be interviewed about a new system of leadership based on the research of Complex Adaptive Leadership. Nick Obolensky has been a young Army Major, a CEO and Chairman, entrepreneur, consultant, and a Professor at several business schools. He spends his time in between China and UK/EU where he owns companies. After the opening interview participants will engage in moderated breakouts for Dialogue.
