A Leadership Journey

How can leaders be effective in a variety of organizations? What do they need to change when stepping into a different organizational culture? We will explore this topic with Bas van Buijtenen, CEO of German LTS, a so called Pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO); Bas is also a non-executive at three companies that supply to pharma. Bas worked for 22 years at DSM and then joined AptarPharma, landing in 2020 at LTS. He will first be interviewed about his leadership, subsequently participants will engage in moderated breakouts for Dialogue.
