In today’s world, the search for meaning and spirituality is more relevant than ever. While churches have traditionally fulfilled this need, modern organizations increasingly play a role in providing a sense of purpose. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue, we will explore this theme with Claartje Kruijff. Claartje, a minister based in Utrecht and author of several books including her latest ‘Een god die in mij gelooft’ (2024), brings a unique perspective shaped by her diverse background. Before her ministry, she was a consultant at Accenture and an organizational psychologist in the City of London, blending spiritual insight with organizational understanding. The session will begin with an in-depth interview with Claartje, followed by moderated Dialogues where participants can reflect deeply on who we are, what our purpose is, and what it means to live a good life. We invite you to pause, reflect, and connect on what truly matters.
