Navigating Schiphol’s Future

ELP welcomes Pieter van Oord, President & CEO of Royal Schiphol Group, as our keynote guest. At the helm of one of Europe’s busiest airports, he faces complex dilemmas: balancing international connectivity and national economic value with noise disturbance and climate ambitions; managing passenger growth while maintaining public trust; and navigating the competing interests of airlines, local communities, employees, government and passengers. How does he lead when every decision involves trade-offs, conflicting expectations and no simple solutions? After the introductory plenary interview with Pieter, participants will engage in moderated Dialogue. Join us for an open dialogue on responsible leadership, the future of aviation and the choices that shape Schiphol’s role in society.
