What can legends and fairytales teach us about leadership? These timeless stories, rich with symbolism and universal truths, offer profound insights into life’s complexities but also about the dilemmas leaders face. Tunde Horvath, a leadership and team coach with 25 years of experience and a deep passion for storytelling, explored this fascinating connection in her master's thesis at INSEAD. In this Online ELP Leadership Dialogue, Tunde will share her unique perspective on how these mythical narratives can unlock unconscious insights and reveal leadership or organizational blind spots that need to be integrated. Through an engaging interview, she will explore the archetypes, metaphors, and lessons embedded in these stories, and their power to shift leaders beyond rational logic to navigate uncertainty, embrace transformation, and connect with their intuitive wisdom.
Following the interview, participants will join moderated breakout sessions to reflect on their own leadership journeys. How do the themes of embracing paradox, navigating thresholds, and listening to your deeper wisdom resonate with their experiences? What can they learn from the heroes and heroines of these tales to apply in their leadership today?
