How can organizations thrive without hierarchy? In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue we will dive into the practice of self-management with Doug Kirkpatrick, a thought leader on this topic. Doug experienced self-management as a financial controller at The Morning Star Company, a US-based world leader in the food industry. He has authored several books about the concept, including The No-Limits Enterprise: Organizational Self-Management in the New World of Work and Beyond Empowerment. Doug is now an organizational change consultant, TEDx speaker, executive coach, and a board director. After the introductory interview with Doug participants will engage in moderated breakouts. This session promises to challenge conventional leadership models and inspire new ways of thinking about organizational structure.
